Loopbaanmogelijkheden
Als afgestudeerde academicus kun je bij ons als management trainee starten in een van de disciplines; Marketing & Sales, Techniek/ Supply Chain Management, Financieel, Human Resource Management, IT en R&D (kijk bij carrièremogelijkheden). Bij Unilever krijg je alle ruimte om je ambities waar te maken. Vast omlijnde loopbaanpatronen kennen we niet. Je bent in principe vrij om je eigen ontwikkeling te sturen. Het Unilever Future Leaders Programme voorziet in gedegen trainingen, opleidingen en begeleiding.

Want more? Want to become a Future Leader in HR? The “Unilever Future Leaders Program” is a 2 - 2,5 year program designed to turn creative, talented and ambitious graduates into the future senior managers of Unilever.

What to expect?
• Wide-ranging opportunities: Every year we recruit between 30 and 40 management trainees in the Benelux to join one of our functions. That could be in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Development, and Research & Development. Location for this HR traineeship is Rotterdam, but you will have a Benelux or global responsibility.
• A real job from day one: The program focuses on building leadership capability and accelerating your development. And from the moment you join, you’ll be doing a real job. One that will provide insight to the business, continually test and develop your skills, and make a genuine contribution to our business. You'll also be involved on every level. As you develop, the roles get more challenging which can mean managing larger budgets, bigger brands or more people.
• Support and empowerment: We'll support you every step of the way to senior management but much of your progress will be up to you. You'll need to be focused and ambitious to get where you want, identifying opportunities and taking responsibility for your own development.
• Professional training: You’ll be having several weeks of some of the best HR training around through the Unilever HR Foundation Course which covers strategy, finance, understanding consumers, operations, customer management, communication and innovation.
• Career possibilities: As you progress, you gain more experience and responsibilities as one of our HR business partners or in one of our HR expertise teams. At the end of your traineeship you’ll move to a manager or HR business partner position.

What will your responsibilities look like?
•Delivering HR support to the business and ensuring HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in their area of business;
•Supporting managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver the strategy, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external);
•Utilizing the talent development processes and tools delivered by the HR Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium term needs of the company;
•Collaborating with the business for the creation of a high performance culture by implementing team and organization design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans;
•Implementing and coordinating change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business on basis of Organizational Effectiveness metrics;
•Monitoring and addressing legal compliance issues to ensure that the organization complies with local and national laws (e.g. employee contracts, performance cases and data protection);
•Interfacing with many roles, for example in the Function you support supporting functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, etc), works council, HR Expertise Teams, HR Shared Services and other HRBP’s.
• Coordination of and/or contribution to various HR projects.

• Degree requirements: University Master degree in any field with a strong academic record;
